What we did
Carrigill’s have been in business for over 60 years, and are one of Britain’s oldest bookmakers. Established before betting was legalised in the UK, George Carrigill and his son Bill now have a number of shops in Dewsbury and the surrounding area.
As with many companies who have been trading for a considerable time, the Carrigill’s brand and its flagship shop from which its head office is based was in need of a facelift.
We made only minor adjustments to the logo, in order to retain its long standing brand equity on the high street, but revamped the shop entirely, bring some much needed light and modernisation to its interior and exterior.
We adopted a traditional style for the marketing materials so as not alienate existing clientele but gave the shop and the brand a more welcoming presence, making it more attractive to the new, younger market.
The transformation was impressive and gave the shop a totally different feel, making it seem larger and brighter and more appealing to visitors.
