Had a great meeting at the weekend with a couple who want us to help turn a 250 year old school house into their new home of their dreams!! They’ve just bought the building after looking for the right place for almost 20 years. It’s in the little village of East Layton, just off the A1 near Scotch Corner.
Pretty much an empty shell and a blank canvas at the moment, with thick stone walls and not one 90 degree angle in the whole place. Grade II Listed, it’s going to be a challenge, so watch this space…
